Robot To Look After Elderly

The RI-MAN robot was built by a Japanese-led research team and is capable of seeing, hearing and smelling and will be able to carry human beings as well. Currently it can carry a 12kg doll as pictured in the photo on the left. It can distinguish eight different kinds of smell, the direction the voice is coming from and also using its sight to follow a human face. |
