all these westerners hatin’ on lychee trying to justify themselves. all westerners look ridiculous in cosplay. no exceptions.
if your’e a westerner and your at the mirror looking at your costumes and thinking “i look good in this.” Well you don’t. you look ridiculous. no exceptions. ever.

lol, how can you say westerns shouldn’t cosplay when the characters aren’t even all Japanese! Wow. talk about small minded. that’s pretty lame for people to say. Just shows how redic you are.

I think these cosplays are amazing!!!!!! I do l love the Rikku from FFX, prob because mostly all you see are the rikku’s from ffx-2. sigh. And I’m cosplaying as Rikku FFX for halloween this year!!!! I’m really excited. Just have to figure out the bangs… I don’t have any and don’t know how I feel about chopping a fringe just for one day! =P

To ‘Lychee’ the racist, who thinks “westerners” shouldn’t participate in Cosplay. Like the other guy/girl says, Japanese guys have the shops on their doorsteps and more media attention, so the best invariably get photographed. I have also seen some *ridiculous* looking Jap Cosplayers to rival all the fatt-ass American Yunas and Rikkus you might have seen. Then I’ve also saw Western Cosplayers that look a million times better in some cases. Look here (further down the page) to see the best goddamn Zelda and Link Cosplayers you will *ever* witness, they are a European brother and sister (don’t know what nationality they are but they had to have English translated at the event): See here…
