Hemmy.net is currently hosted on BlueHost and the bandwidth limit has increased from my previous of 40gb to 400gb per month. This will allow me to make more updates and bring more incoming traffic without worrying about the bandwidth limit. Thanks for visiting this site and be sure to expect lots of updates soon. |

I’m considering to move to bluehost or another host aswell; my current host is uncapable of taking any “effects” such as the digg effect or the slashdot effect. They told me that if i get dugg or slashdotted i will be asked to leave and the server will be down for 24-48 hours. Let’s hope my bandwidth won’t exceed in June and i’ll be moving towards July.

Hi Allen, I can share with you my experience with web hosting recently. Always read the terms of services if any properly. Some of these have hidden messages. Like my previous host, I didn’t realise that there is one that allows my host to disable my account if my site took more cpu resources than what is allowed.
Also watch out for those that has cpu limits. Also my previous host only allow one domain name to be allocated to one account. These things you have to watch out as well. I have only started using BlueHost so I’m still not sure whether they are good or not but their customer support has been excellent.
