These are Mr. Blair’s designs alright. As for what Emu said, well… that depends on who sees in his or her own taste it if its cute or not. Personally, and in my own opinion, I don’t find these designs cute at all. Not that I agree with Emu. My apologies to Mr. Blair.

I don’t find any of these characters cute… I find a lot of things cute, but disney’s definition of cute (the one shown here anyway) just ain’t cute, I find these characters very annoying and pretty repulsive :/ and UGLY!!

Vance, on the web page you linked to, read the fine print on the image of page 2 of the guide. It says, “Preston Blair, Cartoon Director…Associated with the Disney Organization, he animated in Pinocchio, Bambi, and Fantasia…”. So yes, these are Disney characters!
