well hi everybody, this is Julia Austin a lecturer of Mathematics… and i am so sorry to say … that you are commenting on a poor child who’s facing death and whose life seems to be a pendulum between life and death itself. How can u be so heartless ???? Just pray that if shez going to live a gud life let her live … n if not ,..then may God … release her… n focus …on urself… dont u think we being normal people are more or less than dajaal ??? not obeying religious laws and not helping out our peers, n humanity less people !!!

Okay. Firstly, this baby is deformed majorly, and obviously did not survive. READ. You can bless her all you want but her body was never buried, it was kept in a container of formalin to keep it from decomposing. She never lived for more than a day, or a few days. She died immediatly after birth. This baby died of natural causes, her brain could not function, and that trunk on her forehead served as a breathing tube, but either way she died because of so many deformities. A mutated baby such as that would never survive for more than a couple days. Either way, Hope she’s happy wherever the afterlife takes her. I think it would’ve been better the fact that she died at birth rather than live a few years then die. Because, if she lived longer, she’d know what unhappiness, depression, and poverty is; it’d be a sad end to her.

Also, she’s not this dejjals thing, or some kind of evil god. I respect those who are religious, but the world does not revolve around your religion! She had deformities because India’s public health is not all that good, her parents could’ve been around some chemicals, or the food was grown in soil that could have some kind of pesticide or chemical soaked into it.

Just a point that life cannot happen with cyclopia, no one is ever know to have survived more than a few weeks, most last seconds. The idea that this child was ever going to ‘grow’ up is ridiculous as it’s impossible. The only reason for giving any medical treatment would be to study the infant, so ‘Putting Down’ wouldnt be an issue, the child will die with no other aid.

I would assume that the drug was similar to Hydrea (hydroxyurea) because that’s what my mother was on for her leukemia when she was pregnant with me. By all estimations, I should not be alive, or I should have had such deformities as cyclopia and such. I thank God for His protection… I was the first child ever born to a mother being simultaneously treated for cancer in the United States, back in 1974.

This was written two years ago. The baby died after 14 days I believe. Cyclopia is incompatible with life. There are vital areas of the brain missing in this condition. Even if she did survive initially, she would have been insensate and incognizant because the areas of the brain needed for feeling and thinking never developed. She also would not enter puberty because the pituitary glad is in the forebrain.

I do believe that this child can have a normal life
because its the role of the society to understand that each person is different
and that we should accept them in any way because they are unique.
I hope that this child will have parents that will love her and that she will meet people
who will appreciate her for what she is.
People who say that we should get rid of this child should think twice before saying non-sense and put them in the parent’s place and feel all the pain while reading this post.

This child maybe fine– a person can live with one hemisphere of brain, they can live with one eye and they can certainly live without a nose.

Genetically and physiologically speaking– wow amazing what can happen during human development!

Oh and Im appalled that some of you want to “put it sleep”– this is a human child, not an animal. We do not put people to dead because they were born with a deformity– geez people wake up!
