Popular Lion Cub Euthanized

Koza the lion cub and Cairo the Italian mastiff puppy have been housed together at the San Diego Wild Park and has enjoyed widespread media coverage. However, Koza was unfortunately mauled by an adult lioness receiving three bites which severely damaged his spinal cord. The 5 month old cub was put down in the end.
