Japanese Bees and European Bees Against Hornet Predators
|
The meat eating larvaes are hungry and the hornet colony had to look for food to feed their young. A hornet is 3 times the size and 20 times the weight of a bee. This short documentary looks into how the European bees and Japanese bees use their defence mechanism to stop the hornets from slaughtering their kind. 1 videoclip after the jump. |
