Just from the same questions that’re being asked but not answered.. I’m guessing, as they share their female organs, they’ll both feel orgasms at the same time. Just how I’ve gathered they both feel their legs, but can choose who controls it, I think.

Essentially though, yes, masturbating and having sex with a guy will probably have to occur with the other one being aware, and possibly feeling it too. They are two girls, now women, who must live in the same space for the rest of their adult lives.
