That baby is really cute, but what the dog is doing isn’t cute. The dog is displaying his dominance over the baby. The parents, if that’s their dog, should be very careful to not leave the baby alone with the dog, as it could become dangerous to the child - especially as the child gets older, and begins asserting himself/herself with the dog.
