I dont understand how the judge is saying that “when your 150 years old you will not be as intelligent as my finger” she scammed this woman out of almost 500$ yet shes stupid!! There has been millions of other cases of scamming that worked, and in every case it is the VICTIMS fault. They need to read the fine print, when they get a check saying “cash this but return half of the amount to me” why do they cash it and then send the money back…hell how do they cash it! people that are scammed deserve it. If you’re retarded enough to believe scammers…thats your own damn fault.

Judy’s the fraud.
But even though the scam wasn’t completely carried out with the weight issue, I’m pretty sure they could have dug up some other material to talk about in the false advertising, but freakin Judy had to compare her wisdom and throw around some bad insults.

I think it’s the person that got “scammed” fault. They should have read the auction. Also, the Judge should have behaved in a more professional manner. Basically calling someone a whore in the courtroom is completely uncalled for, and unprofessional.

So after reviewing the posted video, it became apparent that the issue wasn’t that the defendant tried to defraud the plaintiffs for selling them photographs it was simply the case that the defendant didn’t take their scam far enough.

If you notice, the argument made by arbitrator “Judge Judy” was because the ad stated a figure in weight and because the envelope didn’t weigh that same figure that was misconstrued as “false advertising”. So what would have happened if say the defendant who clearly states on the ad acknowledged by all parties involved that the plaintiffs were simply bidding on a picture that weighed 4.x ounces. She could have easily filled the rest of the envelope up with weighted rocks to match the descriptions weight and what? Be cleared on all charges?
