Japanese? Hardly…..this is from Melbounre in Australia….especialy since there is a phd singlet in the first foto! also know as Pure hard dance, a dayclub in melbourns inner city.

They look like melbourne shufflers… shuffling is a kind of dance style for hard trance/ hard nrg and usually these people wear these kind of clothes + pants to clubs. And they are also quite expensive!
