David Smith Weight Loss Story

David Smith was 630 pounds in 2003 and decided to change his life by going through only carb cycling for weight loss. Now 2007, he weighs at a stunning 229 pounds, losing 401 pounds but still has excess skin on his body. He underwent several surgeries to remove the excess skin and after that he looks just like any other normal guy. Definitely an inspiration for a lot of the unhappy souls out there.

David , congratulations! Your story is amazing, one I’m familiar with. I lost 140 pounds after bypass surgery and Im going through pretty much what you did. The plastic surgery seems a long way off for me though. God bless you!

DAVID, WHAT YOU ACCOMPLISHED IS NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING. PEOPLE WHO HAVE NEVER SUFFERED FROM ADDICTION HAVE NO IDEA.. FOOD ADDICTION IS THE HARDEST BY FAR. I WONDER HOW SUCCESSFUL AN ALCOHOLIC OR DRUG ADDICT WOULD BE IF YOU TOLD THEM “YOU CAN ONLY HAVE A LITTLE BIT OF ALCOHOL TODAY”, OR HOW ABOUT “YOU CAN ONLY HAVE ONE SHOT OF HEROIN”?? NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE..
WELL DONE DAVID!!

Hi there!
I saw your story on Swedish television a few minutes ago. My teenage daughter saw it with me and we where amazed by your transformation! What a journey! I got tears in my eyes after your story and we wanted to tell you how proud we where over you! We hope you have found your princess now - but if you don´t …keep on surching. She´s out there somewhere!
Hold on to your dreams and make them come true! You can do it - if anyone! God bless you!
