David I think you Look really good an Very Handsome also. I married a man that weight 360 pond’s when we got married and Loved him for 24 year’s. When he passed away a part of my heart went with him. We didn’t have any kid’s . I guess it wasn’t meant to be. He’s name was Jerry he was only 51 when he died . On Jan.3 2006 He weight was 98 pond’s . He had kidney fauiler in 1991 and had to go on Dialysis form one year and 23 days. Than he got a Kidney Transplant in 1992 of Sept.. And had It for from 1992 untal he passed away, in 2006. So I know that their is someone speical for you and when yo find her you will Know. So go and Find that speical Lady….. God Bless You David

Thats right FAT PEOPLE are ugly???? But when we do loose our weight normall thin people then take the time out of there busy lives to stop and befreind us.. Well guess what if we are not good enough when we are FAT don’t bother with us when we have lost our weight and look so dammm good

I don’t know If David reads these posts. I really hope he ignores all the idiot negative ones that are on here. I can’t beleive that someone could have so much strength and hope to get out of a hell like that. I am really happy for him that he got to have his surgery and try and move on and continue celebrating his life the way that he gets to decide.. not what his physical limitations and people’s mentalities do. I do know a bit what he is going through. I had eating disorders my whole life. I was 85 lbs and my lowest when I was bulemic as a teen, and my heaviest was 236 lbs after I had my daughter. When I got pregnant because I had no metabolism I gained 115 lbs in only 9 months, I also dropped 115 lbs in 9 months. I also have extra skin left over from how drastic the gain and loss was. I will never be able to afford to have any surgeries done. I can say that no matter what you can’t let anyone make you feel that you are not worth having self confidense in any body. I am just happy my weight is at a place right now where I am healthy, I can enxcersise, keep up with my daughter, that I am not starving to death, and I am not unhealthy anymore. He gives alot of insight to what goes on behind your eyes and in your spirit. He brings hope to many people that all it takes is being secure with yourself and shut out what people think of you. It’s your life, and you only get one, so do what you need to do for yourself no matter what. Im so happy for him and I hope he finds someone as beautiful on the inside as he is.

I’m watchin your tv programme and i’m so happy 4u, i hope the woman of ur dreams is out there cos u deserve it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just wish i had u both there to help me, i’m overweight which isn’t helped by having MS, my mobility is limited so if either of u have any helpful hints to get me 2 a decent weight i’d b so grateful. Once again i’m so happy for you with what you’ve accomplished it is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey David….
I saw your story yesterday on TV in Germany. I’m happy about the end of the story. OK- THE LOVE- but i think that’s no problem for you! Because if me everything is not deceptive, you have already more than enough offers!
I never had such problems with the weight (i’m 28 and my weight is 59 kg with 1,72 m), so I can say only WOW! Respect…
I would be glad to hear from you, even if Germany is not just round the corner !!

David I am glad that you never gave up… Wow you did change yourself to the better. My advice to you is that inner beauty is the one that never fades away. I know that it is very important for you to find true love. However, the biggest secret of finding true love is to have a strong self-esteem, and confidence. Then you would be ready to love others. God bless your friend, he helped you to gain your life back, he is the best friend ever. David don’t be shy around girls, you are a handsome guy, believe it. Your scars mean nothing when you have a big heart. and a lot of of positive things to offer. Continue your education and one day you are going to find your soulmate and the mother of your children. I am by no means big, large, fat or whatever, but watching what you did just amazed me. Although you don’t know me, I am so proud of you. Hi David,I’ve watched your weight lose on t.v. several times.I think you have a great personality.I have not had very good social skills either.Not because I have overweight all my life but I was just shy.Now I’m overweight and have even worse social skills.I sit home alone all the time.My only friends are my family.I don’t know if you will read this but I need to lose over 100 pounds and I’m only 5’3″.Is there any way of getting the diet you were on to lose your weight?Your story was sad and I’m glad you were able to lose your weight and find a life.God Bless.Please respond if you can.Debbie.

David, saw your story last night on tv. Words dont really explain what I thought except to say you are an amazing inspiration to everyone. I just want to say congratulations…I lost about 70 pds but it just stopped…I am at 252 and it saddens me. I have tried everything I can to loose the weight and people make fun of me all the time…they call me lazy and fat and tubby and it hurts….I am a person and I know how hard it is to loose it…I am married now to a man that loves me for me and I want to wish you luck that you do fine that special someone its worth it….I hope things work out for you in more ways than one…good luck sweet heart you have a really big heart and you deserve it all….
