Open shutter setting on the camera, Andu.
Back in the day—-bulb setting— leave your shutter open for as long as you want, scurry around doing whatever it is you’re doing- wearing dark clothing- and the light will get burned into the film, but you’ll not show as you’re too dark and moving too fast for yourself to be captured.

although, it must be a dark setting. Otherwise infact it wont matter if your wearing dark clothing.
