Some cameras can have VERY long exposures... Back in the day----bulb setting--- leave your shutter open for as long as you want, scurry around doing whatever it is you're doing- wearing dark clothing- and the light will get burned into the film, but you'll not show as you're too dark and moving too fast for yourself to be captured.
