Some cameras can have VERY long exposures... Canon Rebel 350 can do 30 secs..

Back in the day----bulb setting--- leave your shutter open for as long as you want, scurry around doing whatever it is you&#039;re doing- wearing dark clothing- and the light will get burned into the film, but you&#039;ll not show as you&#039;re too dark and moving too fast for yourself to be captured.</description>
