Ugliest Super Car Ever - Mitsuoka Orochi

Mitsuoka Orochi 02

Mitsuoka Orochi has got to be one of the ugliest in the super car category or perhaps unique looking would be a better description. The name Orochi comes from a dragon like serpent that is as huge as a mountain with a magical sword ‘Kusanagi no Tsutugi’ in its tail. That probably explained its serpent look with its teeth and headlights as eyes.

That car is super ugly, and is not a supercar, it has the body of one, but is powered by a toyota corolla engine, so…

Initially, looks can be deceiving aesthetically and under the hood. As far as the look of the car, it really isn’t the most appealing, but it does have promise. Specifically the doors and rear quarter panels. I think they should smooth out the front-end (that zig-zag affect is undesirable) and replace the trunk with one w/ more conformed air ducts (again w/ the zig-zag affect) the go horizontally along the top of it. As far as the engine, don’t let the fact that because the stock version resides in a Toyota Corolla. The modified version of this engine that’s under the hood is a 16-valve that produces 240 hph and 387 lb-ft of torque. That’s no small puppy when it maintains most of it’s gas consumption rates by keeping the millage over 27 miles per gallon in city/ 31 miles per gallon highway. With those few changes, that car will be humming along with many motorist gawking in disbelief on how amazing this car is.

personally, i find the Orochi to be an outstanding piece of art. however, i do believe dropping a v-10 from a 2008 Dodge Viper Srt10 into this machine would create a more lasting effect on my mind. that would surely leave me drooling for more
