A public service ad campaign titled ‘The Faster the Speed, the Bigger the Mess’ by the Department of Environment Northern Ireland and Ireland’s Road Safety Authority. It graphically warns of the hazards of driving too fast and not for the weak hearted. Intentionally horrifying but at least it’s message is clear to its viewers.
