Since I'm not a scientist I'll use my imagination...the third from the top (after the jump) is a giant pin ball machine. When lightning strikes, the gaps open, and the balls careen down, back and forth, etc. Maybe even lights will light up as well. The fifth is an alien communication center. They've even provided a landing pad for spacecraft. There is also a structure that resembles a silo...for storing (something?) I also see what look like suspension rods (why?) A lot of this speaks to me 'subliminally', I just don't understand what it's saying. Oh, and a lot of it looks like a refrigeration unit to me. It's obvious from the stairs, catwalks, etc. it is meant for human access, but it looks abandoned totally. Mother nature is trying to reclaim the site. There's no sign that the vegetation has been disturbed for years, and a lot of the metal is coated in rust. VERY strange. I'm sure it cost a LOT of money to build, but it looks as though it was built during the 'cold war', and abandoned shortly after. I LOVE things like this. I'm sure I will dream about it someday.

It is higly likely that these have been used to experiment on electromagnetic pulses used as weapon for striking out electric equipment.

its called Tesla coil. it an experiment made my Nicole Tesla 100 years back. this things are crazy they can control human brains . if you wanna know more check about Nicole Tesla

Yes they look like high voltage/current generators. I've seen something similar but indoor, in a lab that is used to run test for the insulation of high voltage transformers used in electric distribution networks BUT that one was a little bit smaller (judging from the photots) and the whole building was protected by a screen (Farraday cage) because otherwise when they where using the instalation on a radius of 10-13 km every electric and especialy electronic device will suffer disturbances and in some cases will malfunction from the intense electric field.
This one is placed in the open so maybe it was used to study electromagnetic interferences, EMP, telecomunication equipment, lightnings, etc.

Looks like a tesla coil, but either way it looks designed to do just what they it does. Odd architecture though.
