My dress is the black, red, and yellow dress that is made of un-inflated balloons for the top, and inflated balloons for the skirt. The Monkey King, (Mark Byrne) is pictured with my dress also. Paul Belanger of Cornerstone Productions out of Baltimore, MD was the head event planner for this event.
