Two Faced Indian Baby

A baby girl in India was born with two faces, two mouths and four eyes in the rural Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh. Villagers claim that she is the reincarnation of the Indian God Ganesha and crowds offered gifts and money for the little baby girl. Doctors are not yet able to say if she is able to eat and function normally. Hoping the best for her survival and even with a birth deformity, the baby could still live a normal life with example in the case of Abigail and Brittany Hensel.

Wow she is such an adorable baby!!
Diane, I think in the middle there it would be her cheeks, judging by that cute lil’ dimple!! They say that she has every facial feature duplicated except her ears so logicly she would have 2 cheeks together in the middle… I think… Other articals I have read state that she is in perfect health so i don’t think it is a tumor. What a beautiful baby! Wishing her, and her family good health, prosperity and above all things, Love!

This is actually a rare genetic disease called Diprosopus (or craniofacial duplication). It’s caused by a defected protien SH protien present only in embryo’s. It’s very rare that a child is born alive. Many have parts of the brain not developed or not divided into proper hemispheres. They often have cardiac anomalies.
She is also not being called ganesh’s reincarnation (the one that looks like an elephant), but as a goddess named Deurga (I’m sure that is spelt wrong, perhaps there is s mythological connection however I do not know enough hindu mythology).
Mythology aside I don’t know if these pics are real but this is not an unknown disease, but it is a very serious one.

Tommy & John before you leave ridiculous comments to prove ur stupidity u should do some research on HINDUISM…cause its clear u dont know a thing in that department…U would understand how she can be considered a Goddess if u knew the Gods/Goddesses worshipped in Hinduism…and these pics arent fake they were actually videos and live coverage on the NEWS(worldwide that is)so maybe u shud educate urself b4 u leave comments on a topic u have no knowledge of!!!
And Juice..who knows maybe that is the real reason not saying it isnt..just lettin the others know y this baby can be considered a Goddess in the eyes of Hindus…and u were really close its Durga:)

Juice,
So, technically and medically speaking, the baby is one person with two faces?
