Egg Art Master Franc Grom sells egg artwork by creating approximately 2,500 to 3,500 holes in each egg shell. His intricate art is inspired by traditional Slovenian designs. Drilling holes in egg shells would require an incredible amount of steady hand and patience and the effort has definite paid off with these beautiful creations.

my best friend drills eggs too, as well as attaching hinges so the open to find treasures…like unicorns and sailing ships. and flowers…and all kinds of things. i have one i’m working on as my version of Faberge egg, will have pearl lilly of the valley and baby’s breath and i’ve got to get working on it.
i’m so proud of her. she taught me basics, but there are dangers, you need to wear a mask, as you can’t breath in the eggshell…like drilling sea shells. bad.
jackie has one egg like the right side flowers she has done for years…and a new favorite, babyfeet prints all over it.
