Swimmer Statue Of London Ink

London Ink, the reality show from Discovery Channel was launched using a gigantic swimmer statue which was fixed to the south bank of the Thames near the Tower Bridge as an advertisement.
Louis Molly, personal tattooist of David Beckham created the picture of a Koi Carp lying on a bed of traditional fish and chips on the statue’s back. He is also the star of London Ink and the aim is to make tattoos mainstream and change the stereotype of tattoos as only for criminals.
The swimmer statue is made out of reinforced polystyrene and is a major draw for tourists and Londoners.
