Some cool collection of licence plates found at Crooked Brains which is not your everyday kind of licence plate. The one that takes all the controversy would be this BMW photo car on the right where a rear view mirror would reveal its initial true hidden meaning. I wonder if these are legal on the road anyway. This upside down bus is currently touring around the US to dramatically question America’s upside down budget priorities. Created by car artist Tom Kennedy, this piece of art work was welded together from two yellow buses.
