A glimpse of what the future has in store for us, Sony unveiled the world’s first flexible full-colored OLED display built on organic thin-film transistor technology. It supports 16.8 million colors at a 120 x 160 pixel resolution, at 0.3 mm thick and weighs only 1.5 grams. In the future, it can even be wrapped around a person’s wrist or even worn as clothing or put up as a wallpaper.

This might be disturbing for some of you but someone created this computer mouse out of a real mouse! Using a taxidermied mouse, the electronic parts were inserted into its body and it is functional like a computer mouse except for the furry part. 8 more pics after jump.

This is the initial demonstration phase by OmniZero.4 for the ROBO-ONE 11 robot competition held in Tokyo on March 24, 2007. OmniZero.4 totally blew away the competition with his sleek demo of climbing the stairs, jump rope skipping and then finally cracking eggs into the cooking pan.

This screensaver on the Japanese NTT DoCoMo N702is cellphone tells your battery usage using water level visuals. A great and unique idea where the motion sensor will detect the angle and sloshes the water to the left or right depending on the direction.

Here’s a video of the Japanese life-lie female android called “Repliee Q1Expo”. This is the most life-like android currently seen.
