Entertaining French animation that tells the story of Marcel, a big ogre who gets a job as a game character. When he finds that he wasn’t suitable with his job, he tried getting other jobs at the casting game center. Narration is in French but with English subtitles.

An episode from the ‘1UP Show’ shows for the very first time gameplay footage of Street Fighter 4. The guys at 1UP traveled to Capcom Japan and interviewed Producer Yoshinori Ono and was provided with hands-on gamplay impressions. I didn’t like the direction of which the art was going but the gameplay does show some great moves and it is still probably too early to tell whether the game is going to be good or not.

This is a footage taken from Japanese TV where it shows this new 3D technology where people can actually interact with the gaming environment for e.g. display different realistic hairstyles before a hair cut.

This will give a hint of what’s coming up next in the world of gaming and entertainment and it has also been suggested that the PS3 will include such technology as well.

Winterbells is a fun Flash game that sets you into the upcoming holiday mood where you control a rabbit using the mouse and then jumping onto bells which would propel the rabbit to jump higher. Afrika, the new PS3 game from Sony Entertainment looks absolutely fantastic and beautiful which would appeal to the general audience category. This video shows some amazing ingame graphics footage faithfully replicate much of Africa’s flora and fauna with the background music by Mattafix-Living Dafur. The gameplay details of this game is unknown yet at the moment.

The gaming community is brewing with news on the fire of Jeff Gerstman by Gamespot over his review of Kane and Lynch - Dead Men. Jeff Gerstmann has refused to reveal why he was fired because of legality issues but was allegedly that it was because of Eidos Kane and Lynch review. Eidos is a heavy advertiser of Gamespot and Jeff Gerstman giving it a low score of 6.0 was deemed inappropriate. Gamespot though denies that Eidos pressured into the firing of Gerstmann.
