The Dragonball Movie slated for a release date of April 3, 2009 is an American live action film adaptation of the Dragon Ball media franchise. These new screenshots shows the various characters such as Justin Chatwin as Goku, Jamie Chung as Chi Chi, Emmy Rossum as Bulma, Chow Yun Fat as Master Roshi and Eriko Tamura as Mai.

I’m a bit skeptical how this movie would turn out since Dragonball is an over-the-top stylized animated series but with Stephen Chow as a producer, it does seems that the movie could turn out good.

MythBusters first showed how a CPU drew a smiley face one paint ball at a time and then proceed to show how a GPU used parallel processing to draw an actual Mona Lisa drawing in 80 milli seconds. Add a slow motion version at the end and you get a sensational technology demonstration.

Modified Transformers Optimus Prime trailer truck that even has an Autobot filled design bedsheet and a helmet of Optimus Prime on its seat. Did I forgot to mention its steering wheel is even custom made with a centric design logo of the Autobots? Optimus Prime fans would definitely wet their pants when they see this.

An exhibit display of the actual BatMobile and motorcycle used in The Dark Knight (coming to cinemas on 17th July and also known as Batman Begins 2) at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel earlier this month. People all around town made a pit stop to look at the real vehicles that the Dark Knight of Gotham used.

Beautiful photography by French photographer Cedric Delsaux where he recreates the scenes of Star Wars characters and vehicles with urban wasteland background. The characters are actually model toys superimposed on to shots of Parisian architecture to create the illusion. Cedric Delsaux is an award winner in the newcomer’s France Bourse du Talent competition which stands for Young Talent Award for Photography.

The Darth Vader Project is a set of redesigns of the Darth Vader helmet by some of the hottest 66 artists who customised it for the Star Wars Celebration IV. It was held in the Los Angeles Convention Center and each artist was given a 1:1 scale prop replica of the actual Darth Vader helmet used in the Star Wars film.

The Machine Girl is bound for a release date of 2008 in Japan and tells the story about a high school girl who leads a normal life until a ninja yakuza family took away everything she ever had. Her left arm was chopped off but later fitted it with a gattling machine gun as she seeks for her revenge.

Yakuzas, tempuras, sushi, ninjas, drilled bras – this movie has more weird mentions than most movies combined. The Japanese name for this film is Kataude Mashin Garu.

Same Difference performs Pyjamas Party on the X Factor 4, a British television music talent show contested by aspiring singers from public auditions. It is the biggest television talent competition in Europe.

The series 4 X Factor consist of judges Simon Cowell, Sharon Osbourne, Louis Walsh and Danni Minogue with Brian Friedman taking role as performance coach and choreographer.

Same Difference is currently one of the finalists and I absolutely love this performance of theirs. The music has started but these two are still in bed!

This is the footage of the crowning of Miss China who took the title Miss World 2007. 23 year old Zhang Zilin won the 57th Miss World competition as posted earlier on. Miss Micaela from Angola took second place while Miss Carolina from Mexico took third place. Last year Miss Japan won and it seems that the beauty competition is shifting its awards to oriental beauties.
