The Beer Tree is the ultimate Christmas Project undertaken by brilliant engineers of Southampton who struck the top in environmental and drink awareness policies. The Beer Tree is completed using 1050 bottles of booze and stands 2m high and 1m wide at the base. One of the best projects undertaken for Christmas 2007.

English artist Julian Beever is famous for his 3D sidewalk art and these are his latest set of artwork. The transformers one would have to be my favorite as the 3D street rendition of Bumblebee looks great. As usual Julian Beever would pose next to his creations in a creative way. The Machine Girl is bound for a release date of 2008 in Japan and tells the story about a high school girl who leads a normal life until a ninja yakuza family took away everything she ever had. Her left arm was chopped off but later fitted it with a gattling machine gun as she seeks for her revenge.

Yakuzas, tempuras, sushi, ninjas, drilled bras – this movie has more weird mentions than most movies combined. The Japanese name for this film is Kataude Mashin Garu.
